Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Production Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of design principles and exceptional technical skills. A passion for the beauty industry and experience in retail design, beauty, or visual merchandising would be highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while ensuring high-quality execution across print and digital platforms. This role requires a designer who can deliver impactful visuals that adhere to brand guidelines while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Production :
Create and produce high-quality graphics for print and digital media, including brochures, advertisements, social media content, packaging, and websites.
Work closely with marketing, product teams, and other departments to understand project objectives and deliver effective design solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Review and proof designs for accuracy, ensuring adherence to brand standards and project requirements.

Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget.
