What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Producer position at Industrial Color?
The eCommerce Photography Junior Producer is the account leader managing a large volume account for Industrial Color based in our Tribeca Location. He/she/they are the contact for day-to-day Production for assigned clients in the studios including scheduling resources, booking talent, coordinating shoots, managing client relations, project management, retouching, editing, and final deliverables and physical inventory databases. This role operates onsite in our studios in Tribeca.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.

- Assist Production Manager with planning ongoing and upcoming production
- Scheduling internal and external resources to ensure clients' objectives are completed on time and on budget
- Manage logistics, such as booking talent and crew, equipment, and catering
- Ensure that all expenses are within budget and that invoices and receipts are processed accurately
- Manage and manipulate databases and workflow applications that will track inbound, in progress, and completed work requests
- Examine various data points across multiple systems (including Workhorse, Creative Force, Google Sheets, Excel, and globaledit) to create reports detailing workload and resource allocation for review by management
- Own client and internal communication and distribute priority requests for production and postproduction
- Collaborating with inter and intra-departmental team members to complete both short and long-term projects on time and on budget
- At Least 1-2 Years eCommerce Photography Production, ideally with experience in both PDP and Digital Content
- Strong organization skills with ability to work directly with clients, studio team and crew
- Self-starter with a hunger for growth
- Ability to organize time and meet deadlines, manage workflow, ad hoc freelance support team and prioritize effectively; ability to effectively manage downtime
- Ability to work autonomously once trained on internal, shared workflows and resources
- High Volume Ecomm experience
- Production/on Set experience
- Multi-tasker ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
