REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with financial products and services
- Experience handling inbound customer service calls
- Demonstrated success in customer service, with experience in a phone-based customer service role
SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Typical schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with Saturday hours
- Location: Bellingham, WA with remote work options. MUST RESIDE IN WHATCOM OR SKAGIT COUNTIES, WA.
