Traveling Credit Union Rep

Industrial Credit Union is seeking a dedicated full-time Traveling Credit Union Representative to provide exceptional service across multiple branches in Whatcom County. With a competitive pay rate of $20 - $21 per hour, plus an additional $1 premium for travel, this role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a dynamic, community-focused organization.

This is a full-time Traveling Credit Union Rep position, Monday through Saturday, with a 5-day, 40-hour workweek. You will travel between different branches in Whatcom County, providing support where needed.

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel between branches within Whatcom County
• 6 months of customer service experience
• Strong math, organizational, and problem-solving skills

At least 6 months of cash handling or teller experience in a credit union is preferred but not required - we can train you!

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A TRAVELING CREDIT UNION REP?

As our Traveling Credit Union Rep, you will play a vital part in maintaining excellent member relationships across our branches. Your day will consist of conducting essential financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, as well as following up on member accounts. Additionally, you will engage with members over the phone, offering solutions to help meet their financial needs. As the primary point of contact, you will represent Industrial Credit Union's mission, vision, and values, ensuring members receive personalized, attentive service. Each day will present new challenges and opportunities as you adapt to different branch locations, contributing to a seamless member experience.
