Senior Signage and Environmental Graphics Designer

C&G Partners is a multi-specialty creative studio, dedicated to design for culture. We focus on design and user experience, making sure that our creations are elegant, engaging, seamlessly integrated, and efficient. We do this by creating carefully tailored designs that follow industry standards and best practices, ensuring that our work is not just visually appealing, but also well-built, sustainable, and accessible.

We have an immediate opening for a skilled designer to work on signage and wayfinding, experiential graphics and exhibit design projects.

We are looking for a highly organized self-starter, able to communicate with partners, clients, designers, technical suppliers, and others to help deliver a high-quality design package on time and on budget. Our studio is unique: we undertake projects for culture and commerce that involve multiple kinds of in-house design specialists at the same time, from media designers, to architects, graphic designers, writers and more.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess The Following Skills

• Experience designing and producing Signage and Experiential Graphics programs
• Excellent graphic design skills
• Advanced skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Cadtools, InDesign)
• A well-organized and detail-oriented, can-do attitude
• Flexibility to work independently and be a team player when necessary
• Positive attitude that can take criticism well
• Self-motivated and independent thinker with strong communication skills
• Ability and willingness to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
• Articulate and poised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capabilities in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D rendering such as Rhino SketchUp a plus
  
  

Our company is located in New York City. We are currently a hybrid workplace with optional in-office days. Because a significant portion of our work involves hands-on tasks such as examining materials and collaborating closely with our team, we are specifically seeking candidates who are based locally to ensure seamless participation in these on-site activities.

Details And How To Apply

Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000

The range above is a good-faith estimate based on the expectations as laid out in the job description.
