- A background in the following industries is preferred: healthcare, financial, technology, management-consulting, or scientific
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, Communication Design, User Experience Design, or a directly related design discipline
- A robust portfolio with outstanding visual design skills, showcasing analytical thinking, ability to bring visual clarity to complex data-heavy content
- Experience in client facing roles
