PREREQUISITES
- High school diploma or GED.
- Able to lift 75 pounds.
- Successful completion of background, and drug screen.
JOB DUTIES
- General labor, assisting with warehouse movements, and cleaning.
- Handle all inbound freight.
- Help and support all outbound activity.
- Performing unpacking of shipment deliveries and documenting the activities into our computer system.
- Preparing shipping documents.
- Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Operates lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move materials to proper departments or areas.
- Unpacks, examines and routes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
- Performs all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods.
- Supports the shipment of received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base.
- Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
- Review and apply inventory activities such as stock movements.
- Report any stock issues and support all inventory functions.
EQUIPMENT USE
- Cleaning agents, ladders, hand tools, fork lift and computer.
WORK HOURS AND ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Monday Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm; overtime, weekends and holidays as required.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- This job is a combination Office/Shop/Warehouse environment.
ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
- Follows directions, works independently, and takes initiative.
- Reliable (regular attendance and on time).
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and on a timely basis; proficient reading and writing skills.

Salary : $15 - $100
