SAP USA Truck and Auto Parts (IFAB Corp.) is seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team in the Southeastern part of the United States. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales within your assigned territory of North Carolina.
Main Responsibilities :
- Identify, develop, pursue sales opportunities within your assigned territories and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential customers.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships and retention.
- Present and demonstrate our wide range products to customers, showcasing their quality and value.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Meet and exceed GM targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client inquiries and issues.
- Collaborating with the sales, marketing, product development and purchasing team to develop strategies & products for market expansion.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Participate at Industry Events
