Position Overview
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and guiding a team to meet company and departmental goals. A key focus of this role is ensuring the Customer always has the product they need by establishing and maintaining accurate inventory levels. The Warehouse Lead also manages warehouse organization, ensures equipment is in good working order, and enforces safety standards in compliance with OSHA regulations. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and inventory management.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and support warehouse team operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by overseeing daily cycle counts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining proper stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Coordinate efficient warehouse workflows, including order fulfillment, equipment use, and timely, accurate deliveries.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance, conducting regular equipment checks and ensuring adherence to OSHA standards and company policies.
- Collaborate across departments and with customers, resolving issues promptly and maintaining high standards of customer service and internal communication.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Warehouse Lead position will have 1-2 years of industry experience, including leading a team and handling core warehouse functions. A high school diploma or GED is required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential, along with clear and concise communication. The role requires a strong sense of ownership, confidentiality, and the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Candidates should demonstrate sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and a professional demeanor. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is important, and experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
