We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service and Order Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders with precision, and maintaining our database using QuickBooks. Your attention to detail will be essential in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every aspect of the order entry process.
Key Responsibilities:
● Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
● Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in QuickBooks, ensuring all details are correct, from product specifications to pricing and shipping information.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide informed assistance and recommendations to customers.
● Assist with order tracking and proactively resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
● Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
● Maintain accurate customer records in QuickBooks, ensuring all entries are complete and up to date.
● Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds with care, following company policies while ensuring customer satisfaction.
● Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency, providing feedback on recurring issues.
● Conduct regular audits of order entries and customer data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● 2 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or a related field.
● Proficient in QuickBooks (or similar ERP); experience with order entry preferred.
● Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
● Excellent organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
