Industrial Inspection & Analysis (IIA) is looking for Field Calibration Technicians to join our team at our lab in Kent, WA. IIA offers a multitude of calibration services through our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories. This position will perform work primarily at customer facilities using our mobile lab which brings our calibration capabilities right to our customer's door.
Primary Job Responsibilities

This position will perform work primarily at customer facilities using our mobile lab which brings our calibration capabilities right to our customer's door.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Calibrates customer equipment in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540, internal procedures, and industrial/military standards
- Demonstrates an effective understanding of the calibration process in typical applications
- Fills out Calibration Certifications and Rejection forms
- Maintains files appropriately and is timely with all paperwork and clerical duties at the office
- Identifies and responds to problems in a respectful and timely manner; communicates differences between common problems and unique situations
- Maintains strict confidentiality at all times
- Creates opportunities to take on larger and more complicated tasks
- Continually work towards a broader range of testing abilities and work skills through training
- High school education or GED; Military Technical School, Trade School, or 4 years related work experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work well independently and in a team environment
- Possess strong organization skills with attention to detail
- Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and interpret technical instructions
- Effective at utilizing tools to help create solutions to problems
- High school education or GED; Military Technical School, Trade School, or 4 years related work experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
