Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Industrial Ladder Supply Co.'s products and services.
• Recommend tailored product solutions to meet customer needs.
• Manage a regional account base, including a pre-existing customer list.
• Prospect and establish new business relationships via phone and email.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and follow up to maintain strong relationships.
• Engage with wholesale (B2B), end-user, and online customers.
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM entries.
• Consistently achieve sales goals and contribute to the company's success.
• Will serve as the key holder, responsible for unlocking the facility and ensuring it is ready for operations by the 7:00 AM start time.

Qualifications

• Required:
• Sales-oriented mindset with 2 years of experience in sales or a customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, G Suite, CRM systems).
• Valid driver's license.
• Preferred:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) to enhance customer interactions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Work Schedule
