Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and provide excellent customer support with professional phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintaining sales records accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain office organization by managing files, documents, bank deposits and yearly audits effectively.
- Operate phone systems and other office equipment to facilitate daily operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow throughout the facilities.
- Prioritize tasks effectively while demonstrating strong time management skills.
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
