Seeking : Industrial Engineer to join our team in Mauldin, SC
This is an onsite position in Mauldin
Responsibilities :
- Develop, analyze, and improve the layout of manufacturing facilities to optimize workflow and maximize space utilization.
- Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to evaluate the impact of new layouts on productivity and safety.
- Design and implement efficient warehouse layouts, ensuring proper storage, inventory flow, and accessibility.
- Analyze material handling systems and recommend improvements in storage solutions, transportation methods, and picking / packing operations.
- Work with warehouse teams to optimize space, reduce travel time, and increase overall throughput.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools to identify and eliminate waste in production and warehouse operations.
- Lead root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to resolve operational inefficiencies.
