We are you looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our Equipment, Parts & Service team to help us achieve our goals.
To support our growing Charlotte, NC and surrounding area, you will be responsible for :
- Diagnose and repair packaging equipment for new and existing customer base
- New equipment start-up services
- Promote planned maintenance programs
- Work closely with sales on recommending new equipment solutions
- Make quality service calls on customers and prospects
- Work closely with equipment manufactures on repairing and maintaining equipment
- Repair and service administrative duties i.e., computer, work-flow, & pricing duties
