We are a growing company seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Financial and Information Systems Analyst to join our team in this newly created role. This position will be instrumental in managing general accounting functions while also leading the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our operational accounting information systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and the ability to enhance operational reporting, KPI’s and financial processes through system upgrades and automation.

General Accounting Duties:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP or other relevant accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Accounting Information Systems Management:
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain accounting software and ERP systems.
- Develop and improve accounting processes through automation and system enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within accounting systems.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT and Finance teams to integrate all systems with other business software.
- Train and support team on new systems, tools, and best practices.
Excel & Data Automation
- Design and develop robust Excel models to enhance data analysis and reporting.
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
- Continuously improve and maintain Excel tools for operational and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with process design, project management, and system implementation
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and optimize workflows.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
