Industrial Parkway Services is a well-established contractor and property maintenance company in the Marysville area. We are currently searching for an Operations Assistant who is self-driven, organized and ready to learn the business!

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or GED)
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping and payroll administration/or relative education required
- Experience in office management
- Experience in QuickBooks
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Initiative to prioritize requests and find ways to streamline own workload
Responsibilities:
- Manage the office and offer suggestions for improvements
- Track employee attendance and payroll
- Balance bank accounts/checkbooks
- Keep company fleet on maintenance schedule and operational for day-to-day business activities
- Manage and maintain company accounting software and office equipment
- Company email management
- Complete all invoicing and accounts receivable
- Effectively communicate with customers and represent the company professionally
- Runs operational deliveries, tasks and errands as directed
