Industrial Pneumatic & Supply Company in partnership with J.A. Shomer, leaders in Power Tools and Power Transmission Product Distribution and Service is looking for an experienced Operations Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
A Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting.
1-5 Years experience in Business Accounting Practices and Customer service in a company serving broad range of manufacturing and construction industries. Experience & knowledge in ERP system (Preferably Epicor-P21), Accounting, Sales, Order entry, Quotes, purchasing. Must be able to use MS Words & Excel programs.
Responsibilities
- Job Responsibilities
1. Daily Accounting Activities.
2. Communicate & Follow up with customers & Sales Personnel.
3. Cost estimate, prepare quotes and submit to customers.
4. Order Entry.
5. Generate Purchase orders for vendors.
7. Expedite Purchase orders and communicate with vendors and customers for the delivery dates.
8. Invoicing after shipments, Accounts Payable & Receivables.
