Now Hiring: Foreman/Leadman
Pay Range: $39 - $45 per hour (based on industrial experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and work alongside electrical crews to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems efficiently and accurately.
- Plan and coordinate daily work activities, delegate tasks, and ensure productivity.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to guide accurate installations and troubleshooting.
- Enforce compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project management to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
- Monitor work quality, address challenges, and maintain project objectives.
- Train and mentor crew members, fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Communicate effectively with other trades, superintendents, and stakeholders.
- Manage inventory, tools, and equipment for optimal job site efficiency.
- Maintain project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and company values.
Work Requirements & Abilities:
- Ability to work in various outdoor and indoor environments, including extreme weather conditions.
- Capable of lifting and carrying heavy materials and equipment.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and on uneven surfaces.
- Strong physical stamina to perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Proficiency in operating power tools, heavy machinery, and industry-specific equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents.
- Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing job site conditions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an electrician, with strong industrial expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with electrical tools, equipment, and technology.
- Strong commitment to safety and the ability to enforce protocols.
