Now Hiring: Foreman/Leadman

Pay Range: $39 - $45 per hour (based on industrial experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and work alongside electrical crews to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems efficiently and accurately.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities, delegate tasks, and ensure productivity.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to guide accurate installations and troubleshooting.
• Enforce compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project management to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Monitor work quality, address challenges, and maintain project objectives.
• Train and mentor crew members, fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Communicate effectively with other trades, superintendents, and stakeholders.
• Manage inventory, tools, and equipment for optimal job site efficiency.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and company values.

Work Requirements & Abilities:

• Ability to work in various outdoor and indoor environments, including extreme weather conditions.
• Capable of lifting and carrying heavy materials and equipment.
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and on uneven surfaces.
• Strong physical stamina to perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Proficiency in operating power tools, heavy machinery, and industry-specific equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing job site conditions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends as needed.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an electrician, with strong industrial expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with electrical tools, equipment, and technology.
• Strong commitment to safety and the ability to enforce protocols.
