In this role, you’ll oversee job sites and guide teams of 6-12 electricians to meet and exceed project goals. From supervising work plans to maintaining accurate reports and ensuring safety compliance, you will be at the heart of efficient, high-quality project execution.
Salary: $77,000 to $109,000 Based on hourly rate, overtime hours, and experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead job site oversight and supervise daily operations.
- Complete essential paperwork, including daily reports, JHAs, and equipment checklists.
- Develop material, tool, and equipment lists and manage truck inventory.
- Maintain open communication with supervisors and project managers regarding project issues.
- Coach and mentor team members to foster skill growth and safety adherence.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience: 5 years as an Electrical Foreman.
- Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and OSHA safety standards.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams.
- Excellent coaching and leadership capabilities.
