What You'll Own
- Direct oversight of field crews, schedules, and quality across high-stakes industrial jobs
- Driving daily productivity, safety compliance, and crew performance
- Hands-on problem-solving and real-time decision making
- Communicating with GCs, subs, and inspectors to keep projects on track
- Taking pride in doing the job right, not just getting it done
What You Bring to the Table
- 5 years leading industrial electrical crews or projects (Superintendent or General Foreman level)
- A deep understanding of what it takes to deliver safely, efficiently, and to spec
- Confidence, accountability, and the ability to lead by example
- Willingness to travel regionally to job sites and manage boots-on-the-ground operations
