We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-driven Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion. As a pivotal team member, you’ll ensure every project meets safety, quality, timeline, and budget standards while driving collaboration and innovation.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Experience: At least 2 years of project management experience, ideally on industrial electrical projects.
- Electrical Knowledge: A background in related trades is highly valued.
- Location: Must reside in the Phoenix Metro area and be available for full-time work.
- Versatility: Comfortable working in both field and office settings.
- Clean Records: Ability to pass background and driver’s checks for secure site access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, and resources.
- Oversee financials, contracts, and client relationships to safeguard company interests.
- Coordinate purchasing, negotiate agreements, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Lead and inspire teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Manage planning, forecasting, and allocation of tools, materials, and resources.
Tools & Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Planner).
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction technology, codes, and industry standards.
