We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Real Estate Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive leads, increase brand awareness, and showcase our properties effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for property listings, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, ,etc.) and create engaging content.
- Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and email newsletters.
- Optimize property listings with compelling descriptions and high-quality visuals.
- Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to target potential buyers and sellers.
- Track and analyze marketing performance to improve strategy and ROI.
- Collaborate with real estate agents to support their marketing needs.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva or Adobe Suite) and video editing is a plus.
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
