Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 Salary/year
Travel Percentage: Up to 25%

Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for independently overseeing all day-to-day operations. Is customer centric and proactively drives company growth by securing new relationships and projects on a repeated basis. Demonstrates leadership by motivating and aligning all employees with company standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in various stages of completion
- Meet quoted job budgets through effective monitoring of labor and costs associated with the project
- Allocate and track daily labor requirements with field staff and customers
- Monitor inventory and manage daily charge outs from inventory and receipt of inventory through communication with head office
- Demonstrate human resource management through effective supervision, retention, and recruitment of employees, including superintendents
- Manage and promote a culture of safety in accordance with established company safety policies and procedures
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Project Management Experience: 3–5 years of project management experience preferred
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Technical Skills: Proficient in basic web navigation, Microsoft Office Suite, and other company software
- Language Skills: Bilingual ability is a plus
- Certifications: OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
- Organization & Communication: Highly organized with strong verbal and written communication skills
