Industrial Repair Service is looking to hire a Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting (7 years)
- Experience with month closeouts and reporting
- Associates/bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field or a combination of education and experience
- Fluent in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Word
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively with a team
- Deadline-oriented
- Well-organized with an aptitude to problem solve
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for, but not limited to, maintaining the day-to-day accounting functions, accruals, financial statement preparation, and performing general accounting functions, as required
- Handle and supervise the delivery of all the accounting details, management reports, and other financial needs of a company
- Reporting directly to the owner, this position ensures the accuracy and receipt of all reports to allow the management to make timely, operational decisions and verify the benchmarks, policies, and procedures are adhered to and being met as prescribed
