Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage maintenance operations in a food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in food production environments and a strong ability to lead a team while ensuring optimal equipment performance and facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership :

• Supervise, train, and support a team of up to 10 maintenance personnel.
• Conduct performance evaluations, assign tasks, and foster a culture of safety and collaboration.

Job Requirements

Education : High school diploma or equivalent (required). Technical certifications or training in maintenance or engineering are a plus.

Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in maintenance roles within a food manufacturing environment, with supervisory experience required.
