Job Description
We are seeking a Process Engineer; this role is a great opportunity for an engineer looking to make a meaningful impact and grow within a dynamic environment. You will work closely with the Plant Manager and other cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify and implement process improvements using data-driven problem-solving techniques.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Support new product introductions and process changes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
