Production Supervisor

Job Description
The Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in driving efficiency and team performance at Industrial Resource Group. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this position oversees a team of 15 employees, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining production targets, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production/warehouse activities to meet operational goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 employees, ensuring high performance and engagement.
• Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards in line with company policies.
• Track and report production metrics, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate effectively with the Production Manager regarding challenges and solutions.
• Train employees on best practices, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while higher education is considered an asset.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience, particularly supervisory roles, is essential.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are vital for success.
• The ability to motivate and develop a diverse team is crucial.
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality control is necessary.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and production tracking software, are required.
