Job description
Industrial Service Corp. is looking person for material handler and packaging functions, day shift hours. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: distribution of product; packaging parts, verifying packing lists, delivering production materials and supplies. We have two positions open in this area, one of them will be helping in the wood shop area.
- Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory with RF scan system.
- Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
- Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
- Receives material and supplies from production by verifying materials and supplies code and lot number and quantity; placing materials in stock.
- Documents product shipments by recording units shipped.
- Maintains material-handling equipment by completing packing and shipping inspections.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ability to routinely lift 30-50 lbs.
- Work Environment is uncontrolled warehouse, hot in summer, cold in winter.
