ISM is looking for an experienced buyer / purchasing agent / procurement analyst, who can engage with our manufacturing partners to source our required inventory needs, negotiating cost effective pricing, managing inventory levels, and ensuring on-time deliveries from suppliers.
Some of the responsibilities of a Procurement Analyst include, but are not limited to :
Analyzing sales trends via our ERP system as well as engaging with our sales team.
Forecasting demand and issuing purchase orders to suppliers.
Updating our ERP system periodically to reflect changes in product costs, MOQs, and lead times, communicated by our suppliers.
Negotiating one-off purchasing transactions where needed to secure optimal costing for sensitive or high-profile customer opportunities.
Support our quality manager with non-conforming product returns to suppliers and procurement of replacement orders.
Assist in sourcing alternative products where and when needed.
Engage with our sales team daily concerning past due orders, cost changes, special order requests.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without overstocking. Coordinate with the sales, warehouse and production teams to anticipate needs.
General knowledge of the components being purchased (we will train you).

Salary Range (all inclusive) : $55-70k
