We are seeking a motivated and driven Commercial Real Estate Agent with at least one year of experience to join our team. This role is designed for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, enjoys procuring their own listings, and is eager to capitalize on the momentum of one of the most in-demand real estate sectors today.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Secure Listings – Identify, engage, and build relationships with property owners to generate new listings.
- Market & Sell Properties – Develop marketing strategies, conduct property tours, and negotiate deals.
- Client & Relationship Management – Maintain and grow a strong network of property owners, investors, and developers.
- Market Research & Analysis – Stay ahead of trends, pricing, and zoning regulations in the industrial storage space.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with our team to share insights, provide feedback, and explore investment opportunities together.
- Licensed Real Estate Agent – Minimum one year of commercial real estate experience required.
- Proven Deal Maker – Strong ability to source, list, and close transactions independently.

- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
