As an Office Manager, you will play a role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Houston office while supporting our consultants and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Oversee accounting functions, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting in QuickBooks.
- Maintain and organize client records, documents, and property tax-related files.
- Provide administrative support to consultants, including calendar management and correspondence.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, TEAMS) for creating reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist with property tax processes and filings, experience with PTMS or other property tax software is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with PTMS or other property tax software is highly desirable, but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
