We are looking for a Project Planner / Scheduler with Industrial Construction experience.
Job duties will include preparing detailed bids and proposals for potential projects. Developing comprehensive cost estimates, including project labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs.
Performing material takeoffs by accurately calculating the quantities of materials needed for a project.
Reviewing project documents and specifications to accurately develop baseline schedules, which include all required dates, activities, and milestones.
Tracking project timetables. Establish project deadlines and produce project schedules in coordination with construction managers and client representatives using MS Project and/or Primavera.
Revising project timelines, tracking development within project outputPr, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Participating in meetings with project teams, clients, owners, and various stakeholders related to project controls and schedules.
Cost and resource management and reporting. Tracking and analyzing project costs and progress to ensure they stay within budget and on-time.
Progress billing reporting.
Tracking project labor hours, material costs, and usage.
Forecasting potential issues like delays, making scheduling adjustments, and informing internal and external stakeholders.
