Position Summary:
The Director of Warehouse Operations is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations across the organization, ensuring the efficient and consistent execution of processes and protocols. This role includes managing inventory control, order fulfillment, staffing, identifying areas to upskill team members, developing process improvements, and ensuring compliance of all safety standards. The Director will work closely with the leadership team to understand the organization, contribute actionable insights, and develop current processes for continuous improvement during exponential growth. An essential aspect of this role requires a unique perspective on problem-solving, methods for maintaining a high level of performance and strategic approaches to maintaining customer satisfaction across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management
· Develop, implement, and maintain standardized processes for warehouse operations across all facilities.
· Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse teams to achieve performance goals and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
· Ensure communication and collaboration between all ITP departments, including purchasing, sales, and accounting.
Operational Oversight
· Develop, plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demand, minimize downtime, and optimize resource utilization.
· Monitor metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs.
· Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Strategic Development
· Identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in workflows.
· Partner with leadership to align current capabilities with business objectives and growth plans.
· Research and recommend investments in new technologies, equipment, and practices to maintain competitive advantage.
Cross-Facility Coordination
· Regularly travel between ITP facilities to oversee operations, provide on-site leadership, and ensure alignment with company standards and goals.
· Foster a culture of consistency and collaboration across all locations.
Quality Control & Continuous Improvement
· Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production quality and output.
· Monthly participation in Senior Vital Factor Team Meetings.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Hours: Core business hours are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
