Position : Estimator
Company Overview : We are a growing construction company with ambitious revenue goals of $14M for 2024 and $17.9M for 2025. We aim to maintain a 20% gross profit margin and increase our win ratio from 7% to at least 10%.
Role Overview : We seek an experienced Estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates, maintain profit margins, improve our win ratio, and secure significant revenue. This role will help build our estimating / pre-construction / sales team.
Experience :
- Minimum : 5-7 years in construction estimating or a related field.
- Preferred : 7-10 years, with significant responsibility in cost estimation and budget management.
