This role requires expertise in sales strategy, contract negotiation, market analysis, and customer service within the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order management and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales Growth: Identify and secure new accounts while expanding business with existing customers to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Order Management: Oversee the entire order process, from quotation to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Contract Negotiation: Develop and negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service-level agreements to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in midstream industrial sales
- Experience within the Valve and Actuation industry a plus.
- Understanding of field service sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
