Shipping Associate I
Summary of Position: This position performs a variety of duties related to processing and shipping products, the assembly of individual orders for shipment and the preparation and maintenance of associated documentation needed to do so.

Essential Functions
- Loading and unloading trucks of diverse types.
- Storing finish and raw goods in designated areas and completing bin transfers.
- Ensuring proper counts of shipped or received goods by verifying pick ticket or packing list quantities.
- Preparing and maintaining shipping / receiving documentation and following process flows for outgoing and incoming goods.
- Picking, packing, and staging orders to process for shipping
- Receiving incoming goods using X3 software.
- Practicing safety and good housekeeping.
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE A SIT-DOWN FORKLIFT
- Basic computer skills necessary to process LTL, FEDEX, and UPS shipments.
- Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Starship shipping software; X3 a plus.
- Basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator are required.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience of warehouse operations.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally throughout the workday.
- Must be able to carry, pull, and push less than 50 pounds frequently throughout the workday.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc. utilized in the movement and storage of materials.
