We are looking for a GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to optimize and manage our CRM workflows, automations, and marketing systems. This role requires deep experience with GHL, marketing automation, and CRM integrations, helping us scale investor acquisition, lead nurturing, and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
✅ GHL CRM Setup & Optimization
- Configure, customize, and optimize GoHighLevel accounts for lead generation, nurturing, and investor management.
- Manage pipelines, triggers, campaigns, workflows, and custom automations to ensure an optimized investor journey.
- Ensure proper CRM segmentation and tagging for different investor types and deal structures.
✅ Marketing Automation & Integrations
- Build and optimize email, SMS, and voice automation sequences for investor outreach and follow-ups.
- Set up and manage custom forms, surveys, and landing pages within GHL for investor lead capture.
- Integrate GHL with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Zapier, Calendly, and other tools to streamline marketing operations.
✅ Sales & Investor Lead Management
- Implement lead-scoring models and automate investor follow-ups to increase conversion rates.
- Automate appointment booking, reminders, and investor onboarding processes.
- Monitor and optimize call tracking, sales sequences, and reporting dashboards.
✅ AI & Chatbot Automation
- Build AI-driven chatbots and SMS follow-ups to qualify investor leads automatically.
- Optimize AI workflows for investor FAQs and fund-specific inquiries.
✅ Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Set up dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and CRM engagement.
- Identify areas for optimization and report key performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
🔹 Expert-level GoHighLevel experience (2 years managing GHL CRMs, pipelines, automations).
🔹 Strong understanding of marketing automation, funnels, and lead nurturing strategies.
🔹 Experience integrating GHL with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and Zapier.
🔹 Ability to set up email & SMS automation, workflows, and investor outreach campaigns.
🔹 Strong knowledge of CRM best practices, lead segmentation, and investor follow-up automation.
🔹 Experience working in private equity, real estate, or financial services is a plus.
Nice-to-Have Skills
➕ Knowledge of custom API integrations (for more advanced CRM workflows).
➕ Experience with AI tools, chatbots, or AI-driven automation in a CRM.
➕ Familiarity with private equity, investor management, or real estate fund marketing.
