About the Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in Meta Ads, eCommerce, and lead generation to drive high-quality traffic and conversions across multiple campaigns. This role will focus on executing paid social strategies that support both private equity capital raising and direct-to-consumer growth initiatives.
You will be responsible for managing ad spend, optimizing campaigns, and analyzing performance data to maximize ROI. Ideal candidates have experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads at scale and a strong understanding of financial services, investor acquisition, and private equity marketing.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation and eCommerce.
✔ Create and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to improve conversion rates and ROAS.
✔ Target and attract accredited investors through precise audience segmentation and campaign strategies.
✔ Continuously analyze and report on performance metrics, adjusting campaigns as needed.
✔ Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
✔ Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to ensure best practices.
Who You Are
✔ Expert in Meta Ads & Paid Social – Proven experience running high-budget ad campaigns.
✔ Performance-Driven Marketer – Strong understanding of lead funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
✔ Analytical & Data-Savvy – Able to interpret marketing data and make ROI-driven decisions.
✔ Capital Raising & Private Equity Knowledge – Experience in investor marketing is a strong plus.
✔ Creative & Strategic Thinker – Can develop engaging ad creatives and optimize campaigns for growth.
✔ Excellent Communicator – Can clearly articulate insights and collaborate effectively with the team.
Qualifications
✔ 3 years of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaign management
✔ Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, and/or investor acquisition marketing
✔ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance marketing tools
✔ Strong understanding of A/B testing, conversion tracking, and audience targeting
✔ Previous Experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
