About the Role: Sales Operations Manager – Door-to-Door Sales Business Expansion
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Manager to design, implement, and scale a door-to-door sales organization targeting Broker-Dealers and Financial Advisors as clients. This is a unique opportunity to build a high-performance sales team from the ground up, develop strategies that ensure rapid expansion, and drive revenue growth across multiple U.S. cities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop a comprehensive door-to-door sales strategy targeting Broker-Dealers and Financial Advisors.
- Identify key market opportunities and establish a city-by-city rollout plan.
- Create scalable processes for recruitment, training, performance tracking, and territory management.
Team Recruitment and Development:
- Recruit, hire, and train top-performing door-to-door sales representatives in each city.
- Establish a culture of accountability, resilience, and high performance.
- Develop ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and client engagement skills.
Sales Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including lead distribution, scheduling, and field support.
- Implement and optimize CRM tools to track leads, sales performance, and customer data.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements for financial services.
Market Expansion and Growth:
- Execute aggressive growth plans to expand into new cities, ensuring seamless onboarding of new teams.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop collateral and campaigns to support the door-to-door initiative.
- Partner with leadership to adjust strategies based on market performance and feedback.
Performance Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to leadership with insights and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience building and scaling door-to-door sales teams in multiple locations.
- 5 years in sales operations, sales management, or business development, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Broker-Dealer and Financial Advisor ecosystem is a major plus.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel extensively as needed to support and grow teams in different cities.
