We're seeking a highly motivated PT or AT to join our team and play a vital role in keeping employees healthy and productive.
Workplace health care requires a systematic and comprehensive approach throughout the employee experience. The athletic trainer’s expertise and insightful skills are highly respected in our organization. As an on-site clinical specialist, you provide unique interventions at various levels. Early identification of signs and symptoms prevents an injury from becoming disabling and reduces lost time, medical costs, stress, operational losses, and turnover.
We teach and train our staff of Industrial Athletic Trainers to be the most qualified Injury Prevention Specialists in the profession. Our post-graduate specialized training qualifies you to perform advanced assessments and interventions to help the worker stay healthy.
Responsibilities
- Partner with client companies to develop and implement customized injury prevention programs.
- Conduct pre-employment screenings, ergonomic assessments, and safety evaluations.
- Provide first aid and direct access treatment for minor injuries.
- Develop and deliver educational programs on lifting techniques, body mechanics, and wellness topics.
- Analyze data and collaborate with safety professionals to identify and address workplace hazards.
Qualifications
- Nebraska Physical Therapy License in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Successful completion of four academic years of pre-professional and professional study in a specialized curriculum accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education, certified by the Board of Certification of the National Injury Prevention PTs Association Board of Certification.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate employees and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on client wellness.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Pay: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
