- Must love pets! We want a client liaison that loves all pets (we see mostly puppers and kitties.
- Must love people! We’re looking for a fantastic addition to our team, who likes communication and interaction with colleagues and clients alike with an upbeat personality.
- Must love computers (or at least know about them…Mac experience a bonus)! Yes, we are paperless, so we do everything on our Macs. Computer experience with basic knowledge of email, attachments and files is needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Acts as an intermediary between the company and the client to meet the client’s need for information, support, assistance, and reports
- Helps the company understand the customer’s needs, expectations or difficulties
- Monitoring and responding to emails or phone calls
- Reporting information from the client to the company
- Maintain high-level professional communication skills and demonstrate a working knowledge of all systems used by the Company
- Displays excellent social and interpersonal skills
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Coordinate and maintain social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, other)
- Assist with organization of Animal Eye Clinic events (CE, Annual Service Dog, Holiday gift dispersing, other)
- Continued duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of Animal Eye Clinic management given specific business objectives
- The employee may occasionally lift/carry items as heavy as 25 pounds
Core Competencies
- Strong sense of empathy for pets and their needs
- Experience working with dogs and cats - especially interaction with a large variety of dog breeds
- Ability to communicate well with people using written and verbal communication

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
