What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Brand Partnerships position at Indy Fuel Hockey?
Job Summary:
The Manager of Brand Partnerships will be an essential part of the Corporate Partnerships team by maintaining high-level relationships with Indy Fuel and Fishers Freight corporate partners. This role will be responsible for the on-boarding process to the team and execution of partner activations, ensuring successful delivery of all contractual sponsorship elements. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of all partner assets.
Essential Duties and Job Functions:
- High-level day-to-day communication with corporate partners
- Gather, plan and execute all contractual elements for each corporate partner
- Build strong professional relationships with partners through regular communication and team events
- Collaborate with game operations to ensure game night partner deliverables
- Maintain proper reporting of sponsorship sales
- Ensure proper invoice generation and payment
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments in scheduling of partner assets including digital/social, ticketing, creative, game ops, accounting and more
- Responsible for end of season proof of performance to partners
- Manage all partner tickets, suites, and special events
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 2 years marketing experience in the media, sport sponsorship or entertainment fields
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and approach situations in a solution-oriented manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience using Photoshop / Adobe Suite preferred but not required
