Light Duty Warehouse Team Member - Fulfillment Center

We are a climate controlled light duty fulfillment center for online sellers. We receive goods, store them, and then ship them out when orders come in. We currently employ 12 full-time employees and 3 part-time employee, with a nice mix of younger and older team members.

This position may involve stock counting, product inspection, light assembly, assembling boxes, picking orders, packing orders, filling boxes on an assembly line, etc. Ability to work accurately and quickly by yourself and with others is essential as you will be working both alone and in small teams. This position involves a mix of seated and standing tasks, and we provide ergonomic chairs and anti-fatigue floor mats for team member comfort.

We maintain a calm, friendly, drama-free workplace for everyone's peace of mind. If you are someone who loves to talk a lot, you are probably not a great fit for our team. We have fun, and we aren't a "no talking allowed" workplace, but excessive talking and/or eyeball conversations where you are looking at co-workers instead of attending to the task are not conducive to good quality work. There is a great emphasis on attention to detail and performing tasks as quickly as possible/working with a sense of urgency, and a lot of talking tends to lead to increased errors and decreased speed.

These are often given early if your performance is excellent and/or you have learned new skills and/or taken on new responsibilities. Binning Stock and Applying Proper Labels

Putting Bins of Stock in Their Proper Locations

Assembling empty boxes and filling them with shredded paper.

Working on an Assembly Line Kitting Small Subscription Boxes

Picking Items for Customers' Orders

Packing Customers' Orders
