As our Senior Product Manager, you'll play a vital role in our Product Development team, overseeing the business model, go-to-market strategy, consolidated roadmap, and feature prioritization. Collaborating with engineering, business development, and marketing, you'll define the product, make high-judgment trade-offs, and ensure timely delivery. Working closely with design and engineering, you'll focus on user needs, scalability, reliability, and a delightful developer experience, aiming to create products that users easily adopt, promote, and monetize themselves.
Ideally based in Oslo, your key responsibilities will be:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the product vision for data management and knowledge graph features
- Prioritise features and use cases based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility
- Translate product goals into clear, actionable requirements and roadmaps
- Align with company-wide initiatives and long-term platform strategy
Technical Collaboration & Execution
- Work with engineering to build scalable systems for data quality, semantic enrichment, and relationship mapping
- Ensure graph and metadata models support performance, extensibility, and integration for downstream use
- Drive the implementation of governance tools for data lineage, versioning, and access control
- Make decisions based on system architecture constraints and infrastructure capabilities
Data Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track success metrics for data usability, completeness, and performance
- Use analytics and direct feedback to inform ongoing product decisions
- Advocate for high standards in data accuracy, consistency, and governance
- Support compliance with privacy, access control, and regulatory requirements
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with internal teams (analytics, product, research) to gather requirements and use cases
- Act as the voice of the user for teams consuming structured and connected data
- Communicate progress, trade-offs, and product direction clearly to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in knowledge graphs and/or data management
- Experience in overseeing technical and design direction
- Proficient in areas like cloud infrastructure, SaaS, big data, security, AI/ML, or development/operations
- Knowledge across functions such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in product management, entrepreneurship, design, analysis, or similar roles
- Proven track record of finding creative, holistic solutions within constraints
