Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Installs, maintains, tests, troubleshoots, repairs, operates, modifies, optimizes and calibrates highly complex systems of electronics, DDC and pneumatic control front end devices, control components and sensors related to facilities HVAC systems.
- Performs pretest and operational (functional) testing, alignment; and / or calibration of highly complex pneumatic, electronic and DDC systems, front end devices, components, and / or subassemblies.
- Replaces, repairs, adjusts, configures, and / or modifies pneumatic, electronic and DDC industrial control systems, front end devices, components, and / or subassemblies.
- Downloads and uploads programming to replacement devices / controllers / components
- Performs preventative maintenance on electronic, pneumatic and DDC systems to include disassembly, cleaning, reassembly and calibration.
- Utilizes safety and security practices and procedures following established rules and regulations and maintains a safe, clean and secure work environment.
- Install, troubleshoot and program electronic security systems such as Honeywell Vindicator IDS, ACS, VCC Honeywell and various CCTV equipment installation troubleshooting and programming.
- Ensures all licensing and software updates are current.
- Performs minor devise installation, maintenance and repair of fire alarm system. Knowledgeable at diagnosing and solving fire alarm issues.
