Job Description
This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital retailing strategy at Tier 3, aligned with overall sales and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing and sales best practices, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital retailing strategy at Tier 3, aligned with overall sales and marketing objectives
- Optimize website and online platforms for lead generation and conversion
- Set digital performance goals and KPIs to achieve annual sales volumes (e.g. website traffic, lead conversion rates, and customer satisfaction)
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings to leadership and Field teams
- Develop and refine the lead management program for new cars and CPO vehicles
- Lead for regional digital marketing leads in activation of overall T3 digital strategy
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Experience in Digital, preferably in the automotive industry
- Passion for the automotive industry and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools
