Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Digital Growth to join our team at Ineos Americas Llc. This role will be responsible for leading and developing the digital retailing strategy for the INEOS Automotive retail network in North America and Mexico.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing and sales best practices, with a focus on lead generation and conversion. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive digital retailing strategy at Tier 3, aligned with overall sales and marketing objectives
- Optimizing website and online platforms for lead generation and conversion
- Setting digital performance goals and KPIs to achieve annual sales volumes (e.g. website traffic, lead conversion rates, and customer satisfaction)
- Generating reports and presentations to communicate findings to leadership and Field teams
- Developing and refining the lead management program for new cars and CPO vehicles
- Leading for regional digital marketing leads in activation of overall T3 digital strategy
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Experience in Digital, preferably in the automotive industry
- Passion for the automotive industry and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools
