Manager of Digital Growth
We've established INEOS Automotive as a serious contender in 4X4 development and manufacturing. We've partnered with some of the biggest names in the automotive industry, secured a world-class production facility and delivery team, and are building our double cab pick up, the Quartermaster.
The INEOS Automotive team consists of around 1500 employees from 10 locations and 44 nationalities, working together to challenge the ordinary.
This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing to lead and develop the digital retailing strategy for the INEOS Automotive retail network in North America and Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital retailing strategy at Tier 3, aligned with overall sales and marketing objectives
- Optimize website and online platforms for lead generation and conversion
- Set digital performance goals and KPIs to achieve annual sales volumes (e.g. website traffic, lead conversion rates, and customer satisfaction)
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings to leadership and Field teams
- Develop and refine the lead management program for new cars and CPO vehicles
- Lead regional digital marketing leads in activation of overall T3 digital strategy
- Establish a robust digital compliance program to ensure all retailer websites adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Implement advanced lead scoring and nurturing techniques to ensure high-quality leads are efficiently handed over to retailers, increasing conversion rates
- Utilize digital insights and analytics to drive data-based decisioning
- Explore and implement new digital retailing tools and technologies to enhance the car buying experience and improve retailer efficiencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Experience in Digital, preferably in the automotive industry
- Passion for the automotive industry and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools
