The Regional Business Manager will work closely with the Head of Sales as well as the wider Americas team. As the lead for their area, this individual is responsible for developing a tailored distribution strategy and implementing a network for sales while at the same time spokesperson and central contact for all sales activities in the region. Providing direction to dealer partners and ambassadors for the region as well as planning and managing sale events and campaigns
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
- Strategy development including : Distribution channel, network development, marketing approach, fleet and pre-owned strategies, etc. RBMs are expected to think out of the box and make a clear distinction vs. the current automotive processes
- Research, identify and establish regional partnerships & cooperations with strategic partners fitting the Grenadier brand as part of a process to operationalise the Americas sales strategy
- Prepare business case analysis on the recommendation of market entry plans and sales channels
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications teams to tailor the global strategy to the region and to ensure its implementation
